The Pilates IT Factor Foundations Workshop

Presented by John Garey

Reading about the IT Factor is one thing. Working on it live, with John, is another.

The Foundations Workshop is 2.5 hours on Zoom, and it covers the communication skills that separate a good Pilates teacher from one clients never forget. You'll work on your voice: tone, pitch, volume, and pacing, and how each one changes what a client hears. You'll work on what your body says before you open your mouth: posture, gestures, and eye contact. And you'll meet the 5 Pilates Teacher Archetypes and find out which one you default to and which ones you're leaving unused.

If you're curious about the IT Factor and want to find out what it is, this is the workshop. If you already own the Guide, this is where the words turn into habits.
