Carmela Arias, Faculty for Pilates Grad School
Take your cueing to the next level. This workshop helps Pilates teachers deliver clearer, more effective cues that immediately improve client confidence, balance, and strength on the Spine Corrector.
Carmela works through a selected group of beginner and intermediate Spine Corrector exercises, breaking down not only the movement but how to cue each exercise so clients truly feel the work. You'll explore cueing strategies that support alignment, build strength, stretch, and balance, and you'll learn how to adapt your language to different bodies and learning styles.
This workshop stands on its own. It's part of the Cueing Like a Boss series, and each workshop covers different exercises and cueing strategies, so you can choose the ones that best support your teaching goals and your clients.
Expect practical tools, real teaching insights, and the "aha" moments that change how you communicate on the Spine Corrector. You'll leave with sharper language, greater confidence, and a deeper understanding of how good cueing changes the way a client moves
